For anything from a timeless traditional villa, a classic colonial house to a timeless contemporary architecturally designed home, we deliver! Our trained and experienced Architectural Designers will work with you to realise your vision for your new home. At the same time, they’ll guide you and assist with the principles of Timeless Design. Imagine a home that does not date; a home that ages gracefully and timelessly, looking as elegant many years from now, as it does when new.

You may wish for a specific style in your home. We have many, many years experience with more traditional styles of Architecture. Timeless traditional Villas and Cottages, elegant Edwardian manors, stately Georgian symmetry, fabulous French Provincial, other Colonial Styles, classic yet contemporary homes, beautiful baches – whatever your requirement, we can provide it. If you already have your own builder, we’ll be happy to provide you with the most meticulous Building Permit Ready drawings, details and documentation for you to submit to council and build with your own builder.

Most builders build to the New Zealand Building Code, Standards, or slightly better. Some designers will specify better than code materials (for instance, insulation) and finishes to improve your home. We go further: Can your designer and or builder guarantee that energy performance of your home? We can! Yes, you can have a home, in almost any style, that is at least 50% and up to 75% easier to heat or cool than homes built to the current building code standard. We are one of very few design and building companies that use the technology, now available, to provide you with a house that exceeds standards performance requirements and saves you money! Sadly, most other builders, while building to, or better than code requirements, are not saving you a small fortune in running costs. You can spend up to 75% less to heat or cool your home and improve your and your family’s health at the same time.

We offer the following services: New homes, alterations and additions to your existing home, renovations of your old home, restoration of your old building or elements in your building, kitset for you to build, to lock-up shell or to completion, build to lock-up shell, design only, your plan or ours. We also carry out pre-purchase inspections, site surveys, specialist lighting design and shadowing studies. We have experience with anything from houses, to more complex residential developments, to commercial buildings – specifically wineries, wine maturation cellars and tasting facilities, restaurants and commercial kitchens. Think we’re too far, to design and/or build for you? Not at all! We design and build throughout New Zealand. Villas, other colonial styles, or more contemporary style homes – We have the design experience you need. We’re also happy to provide a quote for construction using your plans and specifications.
